The Prudential Crypto Regulation Authority (PCRA) Legal Department is responsible for responding to enquiries relating to reported cryptocurrency fraud, financial cybercrime, active case investigations and the verification of official PCRA communications.

2. Contact PCRA If:

• You have been the victim of cryptocurrency fraud or financial cybercrime and have suffered a financial loss.

• You have an active case with PCRA and need to provide additional information or supporting documentation.

• You have received correspondence claiming to be from PCRA and wish to verify its authenticity.

• You have received a PCRA case reference number and require assistance regarding your case.

• You possess information that may assist an ongoing investigation.

3. Before Contacting Us

To assist us in reviewing your enquiry as efficiently as possible, please include the following information whenever applicable:

• Your full name.

• Your PCRA case reference number (if available).

• A clear description of your enquiry.

• Any relevant documentation or supporting evidence.

Providing complete and accurate information may assist in reducing processing times.

4. Response Times

Due to the high volume of enquiries received, the Prudential Crypto Regulation Authority (PCRA) is unable to provide immediate responses to every request.

Most enquiries receive an initial response within 48–72 business hours.

Enquiries requiring additional verification, supporting documentation or further assessment may require additional processing time.

Submitting multiple enquiries regarding the same matter may delay the review process.

5. Important Notice

The Prudential Crypto Regulation Authority (PCRA) does not contact members of the public to advertise investment opportunities, promote cryptocurrency trading platforms or offer financial investment services.

PCRA is involved exclusively in matters concerning reported cryptocurrency fraud, financial cybercrime and active investigations. PCRA does not participate in legitimate investment activities, trading services or private financial transactions.

If you receive unsolicited communication from an individual claiming to represent PCRA for investment-related purposes, or requesting participation in trading activities, you should treat the communication as suspicious.

Discontinue all communication immediately and report the incident to legal@pcra.io.

Official correspondence issued by the Prudential Crypto Regulation Authority (PCRA) is provided only through authorised communication channels.
